Shri Shivji Dubey completed 60 years in 2008. After compulsory retirement from Magnum Silk Mill in 1999 he was doing small works for long. He completed 60 years of his age in 2008. Since then he and his son Shri Avdhesh Dubey has been trying to get his pension.
Shri Avdhesh Dubey, S/o of Shri Shivji Dubey, resident of a chawl near NITIE, Mumbai, started approaching various offices but all in vain.
- Shri Shivji Dubey was working in Magnum Silk Mill since 1982.
- After completion of 60 years of his age, he approached the Provident Fund Commissioner Mumbai Office to get back his provident fund amount and start his pension.
- He was doing small jobs after 2016.
- Shri Shivji Dubey was moving here and there; died in 2017.
- His family got the Provident Fund money of Shri Shivji Dubey in June, 2018, but they were not getting pension which was due since 2008.
- Avdhesh approached me and gave an applicaton to me after making efforts and approaching various Provident Fund offices for 18 months.

Immediately, I wrote and contacted various officers of the concerned Pension Office.

He asked me to ask Avdhesh to contact him and other concerend officials.
Ms. Pooja Singh concerned Provident Fund Commissioner of Mumbai Sub Urban informed me that she will coordinate the pension case of the family with the concerned pension office of Kandivali, Mumbai.

At last the concerend Provident Commission of Mumbai informed me that Avdhesh’s claim has been corrected after interacting with various officials of Kandivali PF Office and Thane PF Office.
The Department has approved Dubey’s family pension from 01.07.2008.
The PF Commissioner sent a communication on 23.09.2019 to wife of Shri Shivji Dubey informing her about the pension from 01.07.2018.

Message from Avdhesh Dubey
In October first week the PF Commissioner informed me that arrears pension of Rs.134131.00 has been deposited in the Widow’s account and monthly penion will be credited regularly in the account of widow of Shri Shivji Dubey.
